How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is custom-written and carefully designed to reflect the details you provide.

Digital products (like noun prints or colouring books) are emailed to you within 48 hours of receiving your personalisation details.

Framed prints are sent out via NZ Post Overnight Courier once printed and packed — please allow 2–4 business days after approval.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We use NZ Post Overnight Courier for all framed artwork. Costs depend on your delivery location:

Auckland / Lower North Island: $7.04

Upper North Island: $11.73

South Island: $21.74

Rural Delivery (any region): $35.00
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on the way.
Unfortunately, damage can sometimes occur during transit, even when fragile stickers are used. If this happens, don’t worry — I replace all damaged orders. Please send a photo of the damaged item to focusandflownz@gmail.com so I can arrange a replacement for you.
How much is postage for the Colouring & Writing Booklet?
For physical booklet orders, postage is:

Nationwide (non-rural): $5.70

Rural Delivery: $11.50
Digital versions are emailed, with no shipping fee.
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately, I don’t offer pickups at this time. As a home-based business, all orders are shipped directly to you via NZ Post for ease and security.
Can I get a rush order?
If you’re on a tight deadline, please reach out before ordering. I’ll do my best to prioritise your order where possible.
How do I personalise my order?
Each product page has a customisation section. Tell me a few things about the person (fun facts, quirks, memories, traits) and I’ll turn it into something thoughtful and original.
Will I see a preview before it’s final?
Yes!

For our Noun Posters, you’ll receive 5+ written wording options to choose from. Once you’ve picked your favourite, I’ll send through a visual draft for your review before finalising.

For Colouring Books, you’ll also receive a draft to approve before the final file is sent or printed.
Where are you based?
All items are created and shipped from Aotearoa, New Zealand, with love.
What’s your returns policy?
Because our products are custom-made to order, I unfortunately can’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind.
However, if there’s ever an issue with your order — such as damage in transit or an error on my part — please get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right. Your satisfaction truly matters to me. :)
For digital products (like planners, spreadsheets, and printables), all sales are final. Due to the nature of instant downloads, these items cannot be returned or refunded.
How do I download my digital product?
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Simply click the link to access your file.

For Google Sheets (e.g. spreadsheets), make sure to click File > Make a Copy so you can edit it in your own Drive.

For printable PDFs, download and save the file to your device, then print at home or at your preferred print shop.
I didn’t receive my digital file — what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first, as the email might have landed there. If it’s not there and it’s been more than 48 hours, email me at focusandflownz@gmail.com and I’ll resend it ASAP.
Can I edit or customise the digital downloads myself?
Some digital tools (like spreadsheets) are editable, while others (like printable wall art) are not designed for editing after delivery. Each product description will state what’s editable — feel free to message me if you’re unsure.
